The hotel is a gem in Cartagena with spacious rooms featuring nice balconies and luxurious bathrooms. The service is incredibly friendly, although language barriers can be a challenge. Its prime location near iconic landmarks makes it an ideal choice for sightseeing, even though event closures can be inconvenient. Overall, a slightly pricey but worthwhile stay.

I had a good stay at the hotel overall. The rooms were nice and clean with a comfortable bed and spacious shower, though I felt they were a bit overpriced for what was provided. The service was friendly, but there were some communication issues regarding an urgent matter. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the Old Town. The hotel rooms were not as 'suite' as expected, with a view facing a wall, yet very nice. The service was outstanding, with staff happy to assist at all times, especially Wilson who was extremely welcoming. The location was wonderful, close to the main attractions in the Walled City, perfect for exploring on foot. The dining experience was amazing, offering restaurant-quality food. Overall, a great stay with some minor room drawbacks but excellent service and location.
